The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the Walmart parking lot in North Charleston at 7400 Rivers Avenue from November 1 from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and November 2 - November 7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
