The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the Goodwill parking lot in Spartanburg at 219 East Blackstock Road from December 22 - December 23 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
