The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the BI-LO parking lot in Orangeburg at 1370 Chestnut NE from December 2 - December 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
