The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the BI-LO parking lot in Columbia at the Village at Sandhills 120 Forum Drive. from December 26 - December 27 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
