The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the BI-LO parking lot in The Village at Sandhills in Columbia at 120 Forum Drive on November 30 from Noon to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
