The South Carolina BLUE RV will be in the BI-LO parking lot in Bluffton at 50 Burnt Church Road from January 5 - January 8 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will offer one-on-one consultations to answer health insurance questions and provide help enrolling in health insurance plans.
