# SC Blue Retail Centers

> SC Blue Retail Centers are in-person health insurance support locations operated by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. With four retail centers across the state (Columbia/Irmo, Greenville, Mount Pleasant, and Myrtle Beach) plus a mobile retail team, SC Blue provides face-to-face help with plan shopping, member services, Medicare guidance, and insurance questions. All locations are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

SC Blue offers health plans including individual and family coverage, Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, dental plans, Medicaid (Healthy Blue), short-term coverage, and small group plans. The centers also host free Medicare seminars and community events. SC Blue is part of BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, the only South Carolina-owned and operated health insurance carrier.
